BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />July 20, 1950 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, July 20, 1950. At 8:00 p.m. <br />hearings were declared open on the following petitions: <br />Howard H. Bezanson - to complete construction of the dwelling <br />now under construction at 19 Hill St. Petitioner stated that an error <br />was made at the time that the house was located on the lot, so that the <br />rear corner of the house nearest the side line is 1417' from the line <br />instead of the 15' required by the zoning law. <br />Walter F. Lamers - to enlarge and enclose side porch on house: <br />located a o- o which addition would bring the side of the• <br />new porch to within 13 ft. of Byron Ave. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dur-; <br />ing which the following decisions were reached: <br />Howard H. Bezanson - granted <br />Walter F. Lammers - granted <br />' Muriel C. Stone, Clerk <br />
