BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' June 15, 1950 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, June 15, 1950. At 8:00 p.m, <br />hearings were declared open on the following petitions: <br />Fuelite Natural Gas Corp. - to erect an addition 40 x 60 ft. <br />to the present building located at 315 Marrett Rd., in accordance <br />with plot plan and plans submitted. <br />Mary & Thomas Walsh'- to operate a Nursing Home at the exist- j <br />ing hawse on the Wheeler Estate, Lowell St. <br />Board of Selectmen (Information Booth) - to continue the use <br />and location of We present information booth building at the corner <br />of Meriam St. and Mass. Ave. Mr. Lee Tarbox stated that the building. <br />had been erected by the Chamber of Commerce, with the permission of <br />the Board of Selectmen, and that it would be open daily from 10:00 <br />a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to provide information to visitors. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held dun- <br />ing which the following decisions were reached: <br />' Fuelite Natural Gas Corp. - granted subject to the following <br />conditions: that no cylinders shall be stored within the building and <br />that no appliances or materials shall be stored in front of the build <br />ing. <br />Mary & Thomas Walsh - granted subject to the condition that the <br />rules and regulations of the Mass. Dept. of Public Safety and the <br />Mass. Dept. of Public Health shall be observed in every respect. <br />Board of Selectmen - granted subject to the condition that if <br />the Chamber of Commerce abandons the use of this building it shall <br />forthwith be removed by them and the premises left in a condition <br />satisfactory to the Board of Selectmen. <br />Muriel C.
