BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />June 9, 1950 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's 1 <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, June 9, 1950. At 8:00 p.m. <br />hearings were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />George R. Freeman.�..Sr. - to subdivide premises at 108 and 110 <br />Woburn R. to provide- frontage on Woburn St. of 119.4 ft. with an <br />area of approx. 7,600 sq.ft. and a side yard of approx. 9ft. for the <br />existing house 108; and to provide a frontage -on Woburn St. of 120 ftp <br />with an area of approx. 3,000 sq.ft., and a side yard of 9 ft. for the <br />existing house 110, in accordance with plan submitted. <br />Nellis H. Viano (Lessee: Socony Vacuum Oil Co.) - to erect an <br />addition to the present ervice Station office =ing at 27 Mass. <br />Ave. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive sessica was held dur+ <br />ing which the followingdecisions were reached: <br />George R. Freeman, Sr. - granted <br />Nellie H. Viane (Lessee: Socony Vacuum Oil Co.) — granted sub- <br />ject to the following conditions: 1) that the new construction shall <br />conform to the requirements of the Lexington Building By-law, except <br />that the parapet above the present building may be constructed as shown <br />on the plans, 2) that the premises shall be kept in a neat and orderly <br />condition, 3} that no changes shall be made in the location of exist+ <br />ing pumps and flood lighting. <br />Muriel C.
