BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />' June 2, 1950 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Tarn Office Building, on Tuesday, June 2, 1950. At 8:00 P.M. <br />hearings were declared open on the following petitions: <br />Edwin 0. Wheeler - to erect a single-family dwelling 10 ft. from <br />the rearms line on of 13 Moon Hill Rd., in accordance with plot p*n. <br />w <br />Richard S. Morehouse - to erect a single-family dwelling on lqt <br />16A Moon Hill Rd.., the frontage of such lot being approx. 61 ft. in <br />the cul-de-sac at the end of Moon Hill Rd., the total area of the lot <br />being 35,1150 sq.ft. Plot plan submitted showed that the dwelling would <br />be set back approx. 100 ft. from Moon Hill Rd. and 24 ft. from the <br />southerly side line. <br />Warren A. Hawkins'- to erect a single-family dwelling and garege <br />on lot CI -Patricia. errace, and a single-family dwelling and garage on <br />lot C2 Patricia Terrace, in accordance with the poot plan submitted., <br />Auest Schumacher - to level to grade of surrounding land a <br />portion of his property consisting of 32 acres bested approx. 500 ft. <br />' to the southwest of Wood St. on the Lexington, Dincoln, Bedford town! <br />line. <br />At the close of the hearings an executive session was held duk- <br />ing which the followibg decisions were reached: <br />Edwin 0. Wheeler - granted <br />Anna & John Valihura — granted <br />Richard S. Morehouse - granted <br />Warren A. Hawkins - granted subject to the condition that the; <br />two residences would be set back not less than 20 ft. from Patricia <br />Terrace with side yards of not less than 15 ft., and that when Patribia <br />Terrace is widened each house shall be set not less than 20 ft. from <br />the new line of the right of way. <br />August Schumacher - granted, subject to the following eonditipns: <br />1) the top soil shall be removed, piled and respread over the entire <br />area. 2) Petitioner shall post a bond running to the Town of Lexing- <br />ton for faithful performance in an amount and under conditions satis- <br />factory to the Town Engineer of Lexington <br />Muriel C.
