3 61 ,. <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />May 25, 19$ <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office, on Tuesday, May 25, 1950. At 8:00 p.m. hearings <br />were declared open upon the following petitions: <br />Clara K. Stanley - to maintain a boarding house for aged persons <br />at 20 Parker <br />Nicholas De Bonis - to construct a single-family dwelling on <br />lots 16 a , a g Rd., said lots having a total frontage of 60 <br />ft. ad a total area of 6,562 sq.ft. Hausa to be Cape Cod style, 5 <br />ropms, 28 ft. x 22 ft. with side yard of 2416" on the northwest and aI <br />side yard of 716" on the southeast side. <br />Nicholan DeBonis - to construct a single-family dwelling on <br />lots 10, Y and a portlon of 8 in Block 3, and a single-family dwelling <br />on lots 6, 7 and a portion of 8 in Boock 3 Harding Rd., lots 10, 9 <br />and a portion of 8 having a frontage on Williams Rd. of approx. 105 <br />ft., a total frontage on Harding Rd. of approx. 85 ft. and a total <br />area of 10,613 sq.ft. Lots 6, 7 and the remaining portion of 8 having <br />a total frontage on Harding Rd. of 60 ft. and a total area of 9,475 <br />sq. ft. in accordance with plot plan submitted, as revised. House <br />erected on lots 10, 9 and a portion of 8 to be set back 26 ft. from <br />Harding Rd. and the house erected on lots 6, 7 and a portion of 8 to be <br />set back 20 ft. from Harding Rd. <br />Nicholas DeBonis - to construct a single-family dwelling on ' <br />lots 27, 26 an a port on of lot 25 in Block 2 Harding Rd. and to con- <br />struct a single-family dwelling on lot 25 in Block 2 Harding Rd. <br />Lots 27, 26 and a portion of lot 25 having a total frontage of 75 ft. <br />and a total area of 9006 sq.ft., and lots 23, 24 and the remaining <br />portion of lot 25 having a total frontage of 74 ft. and a total area <br />of 9044 sq.ft in accordance with plot plan submitted. These houses <br />would be of so-called Cape Cod type, 32' x 24' with side yards of 10' <br />on the southeasterly side and 33' on the northwesterly side, setting <br />back from Harding Rd. 201. <br />Nicholas DeBonis - to construct a single-family dwelling on <br />lots 18, 19 and 20 in Elock 2 Harding M. , said lots having a front <br />age of approx. 105' on Williams Rd., a total frontage on Harding Rd. <br />of 90' and a total area ofll,214 sq.ft., in accordance with revised <br />plot plan submitted, showing the house to be U0' x 30'. <br />Nicholas DeBonis - to construct a single-family dwelling on <br />lots 20 and 21 in Blo—FE 5 Harding Rd., said lots having a frontage of` <br />60 ft. and an area of 6,738 sq.ft., the house to be a Cape Cod type <br />' 28' x 22' with dide yards of 7'.511 on the southeasterly side and 2415" <br />on the northwesterly side, in accordance with revised plot plan sub- <br />mitted. <br />
