137 <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />I <br />April 27, 1950 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on April 27, 1950. Chairman <br />Locke, Messrs. Redman, Lynah, and Ripley were present. The clerk wa* <br />also present. <br />At 8;00 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following <br />petitions: <br />Paul B. West for permission to erect a single-family dwelling <br />with attached garage on Lots 18, 19, and 20, corner of Simonds and <br />Gleason Road, said -lots having a total frontage on Simonds Road of <br />101.55 feet, a total frontage on Gleason Road of 85.64 feet and a <br />combined area of 8680 square feet. <br />Jacob Bierenbroodspot for permission to erect a two -car garago <br />2 feet from the side lot line at 254 Bedford Street, as shown on plan <br />submitted. <br />Jane H. Cusner for permission to establish and maintain a <br />nuraery-kindergarten school for an enrolment of 10 pupila ranging in <br />age from 3 to 5 years, said nursery -kindergarten school to be operat*d <br />' in the residence located at 173 Marrett Road. <br />Carmelo Rinaldo for permission to grade a portion of the land. <br />owned by the petitioner on Marrett Road, and situated westerly of and <br />approximately 800 feet from the location of the new Route 128 and to <br />sell the excavated material. <br />Gil Wyner Company - one petition for permission to erect a <br />temporary tool house on the Concord Turnpike at the new Route 128, as <br />shown on plan. One petition ibr permission to erect a temporary tool <br />house at the junction of the new Route 128 and the railroad in the <br />proximity of Bedford Stheet as shown on plan. One petition for per- <br />mission to erect a temporary office, two tool houses and a garage at <br />Wood Street and Massachusetts Avenue, as shown on plan. One petition <br />for permission to erect a temporary tool house on Marrett Road and the <br />new Route 128, as shown on plan. One petition for permission to erect <br />a temporary tool house on Lincoln Street, at the new Route 128, as <br />shown on plan. <br />Boris P.
