13 <br />BOARD OF APP=s HEARINGS <br />I <br />April 14, 1950 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's. <br />Room:, Town Office Building, on April 14, 1950. Chairman Locke, <br />Messrs. Ballard, Redman, Lynah, and Ripley were present. The clerk <br />was also present. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following <br />petitions: <br />Anthony Cataldo for permission to process, warehouse and sell <br />fresh fruits and vegetables at 703 Massachusetts Avenue, Lexington. <br />Burpee B. Coffill for permission to erect a single -car garage,; <br />cinder block construction, one foot from the side lot line and one <br />foot from the side lot line and one foot from the rear lot line at 3 <br />Forest Street, Lexington. <br />Alexander B. Murphy for permission to erect, on lot numbered <br />107 Oakland Avenue, a single-family dwelling and garage, the garage <br />of the proposed structure to be located 2 feet 6 inches from a pri- <br />vate road using a strip 20 feet wide adjacent to Lot 107. <br />E. A. Sawyer, Jr. for permission to erect a single-family <br />' dwelling and garage on Lots 34 and 35 Simonds Road in Block 24, said <br />lots having a total frontage of 60 feet and a combined area of 6300 <br />square feet. <br />Robert E. McDonough for permission to construct a single- <br />family dwelling with attached garage on Lots 13 and 14 in Block 23 on <br />Dexter Road, said lots having a total frontage of 60 feet and a com- <br />bined area of 6397 square feet. <br />Henry J. Trembley for permission to erect a single-family dwell- <br />ing and attached garage on Lots 39, 140, 41.in Block 2, corner'of Hard+ <br />ing and Simonds Roads, said lots having a total area of 10,644 square': <br />feet, a total frontage on Simonds Road of 106 feet, a total frontage <br />on Harding Road of 96 feet and a side yard of 13-1/2 feet. <br />In executive session the following decisions were rendered: <br />Anthony Cataldo - Granted <br />Burpee Coffill - Granted <br />Alexander B. Murphy - Granted <br />Robert E. McDonough - Granted <br />E. A. Sawyer - Denied <br />Henry J.
