BOARU OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />April 6, 1950 <br />A sweeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen'i <br />Boom, Town Office Building, Lexington, Massachusetts, on April 6, 1950. <br />Chairman Locke, Messrs. Worthen,Jr., Redman, Lynah and Ballard were <br />present. The clerk was also present. <br />At 8:02 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following <br />petitions: <br />Kieran J. Lowry for permission to erect a one-story, glass <br />front, cement block store addition between the present lubritorium <br />and gas station at 286 Lincoln Street. <br />D. E. Barker for permission to build a one -car garage within 7 <br />feet of the side lot line at 447 Concord Avenue. <br />Charles S. Purington for permission to erect a single-family <br />dwelling with attached garage on Lots 18 and 19 in Block 5 Harding PRd. <br />said lots having a total frontage of 60 feet and a total area of <br />approximately 6,655 square feet. <br />Charles 0. Rolando for permission to build a single-family <br />duelling with attached garage, on Lots 72, 73, and 74 in Block 10 <br />Henderson Road, said lots having a total frontage of 90.60 feet and <br />a combined area of approximately 10,850 square feet. <br />Hearings were declared closed at 8:40 p.m. <br />In executive session the following decisions were reached: <br />Kieran J. Lowry - Granted <br />D. E. Barker - Granted <br />Charles S. Purinton - Granted <br />Charles 0.
