12.3' <br />I <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HFAMGS <br />February 10, 1950. <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on February 10, 1950. Chairman Locks„ <br />Messrs. Daffy, Ballard, Ripley and Redman were present. The clerk <br />was also present <br />At 8:07 p.m. the following hearings were declared open: <br />Janney Mfg. Co. for permission to erect a neon sign to pro- <br />ject above the roof or the building at 384 Waltham Street. <br />Ethel P. Koester for permission to erect a single-family <br />dwelling and garage on Lots l and 2 in Block 6 Gleason Road, Lex- <br />ington., said lots having a combined area of approximately 7829.sgware <br />feet and a total frontage on Gleason Road of 88.10 feet. <br />Daniel Curtin for permission to conduct the business of sell*9 <br />loam at the premises bearing lot numbers 232 and 233 Marrett Road,, <br />Lexington, a residential sone, for a period of one year. <br />Hearings were declared closed at 8:50 p.m. <br />' The following decisions were reached in executive session <br />after the meetings <br />Janney Mfg.
