BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />January 5, 1950 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on January 5, 1950. Chair- <br />man Locke, Messrs. Houdlette, Ripley, Lynah and Redman were present. <br />The clerk was also present. <br />At 8:15 p.m. the following petitions were heard: <br />Benjamin Thompson for permission to build a residenbe on Lot <br />18 at Sia Moon Hill, Lexingten,whi-ch w=1d not have the required <br />frontage. <br />James B. Catalano for permission to make alterations to dairy <br />for a flower showroom and erect a greenhouse to be attached to front' <br />and side of present dairy. <br />Robert R. Williams for permission to erect a single-family <br />dwelling, which would not have the required setback from the street, <br />on the existing foundation on Lots 8 and 9 Ward Street. <br />Hearings were declared closed at 8:52 p.m <br />' In executive session following the following decisions were <br />reached: <br />Benjamin Thompson - Granted <br />James B. Catalano - Granted <br />Robert R. Williams - Granted <br />The Chairman, Mr. Locke, called the <br />appropriation requested for the expenses <br />the year 1950.
