Perkins - Granted <br />The meeting was adjourned at 10:10 p.m. <br />Catherine Parello, Clerk <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />November 100949 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on November 10, 1949. Chairman Locke, <br />Messrs. Redman, Ballard, Lynah and Houdlette were present. The clerk <br />was also present. Mr. Lynah joined the meeting at 9:05 p.m. <br />At 8:12 the following hearings were declared open: <br />John Busa for permission to convert a sash -house to a green- <br />house at 36 Lowell Street, Lexington. <br />Lester H. L. Olson for permission to erect a single-family dwoll- <br />img the construction of which would not conform to the requirements of <br />the Lexington Building By-law, on lot 94 Wachusett Drive, said lot hav- <br />ing a frontage of 104.47 feet and an area of 11,306 square feet. <br />John V. Harrington for permission to erect a single-family dwoll- <br />ing and garage the construction of which would not conform to the reh <br />gxirements of the Lexington Building By-law, on lot 5 North Street. <br />Douglas W. Smith for permission to build a single-family resi0ence <br />using the so-called box frame construction, on lots 78, 79, 80 Henderson <br />Road, said lots having a total frontage of 93•44 feet and a combinedlarea <br />of approximately 9310 square feet, and upon the petition of Donald H. <br />Perkins for permission to build a single-family residence using the,so- <br />called box frame construction, on lots 69, 70, 71 Henderson Road, sakd <br />lots having a total frontage of 90 feet and a combined area of approXi- <br />mately 9990 square feet. <br />Hearings were declared closed at 9:20 p.m. and in executive <br />session the following decisions were reached: <br />John Buse, - Granted <br />Lester H. L. Olson - Granted <br />John V Harrington - Granted <br />Douglas W. Smith - Granted <br />Donald H. Perkins - Granted <br />The meeting was adjourned at 10:10 p.m. <br />Catherine Parello, Clerk <br />
