BQARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />October 14, 1949 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen'* <br />Room, Town Office Building on October 14, 1949. Acting Chairman Lynah, <br />Messrs. Ripley, Ballard and Houdlette were present. The clerk was <br />also present. <br />At 8:25 p.m hearings were declared open upon the following <br />petitions: <br />Clifford G. Hunt for permission to build an addition to the <br />building at 14 Muzzey Street in accordance with plans submitted, fof <br />use by Dr. Ivan G.Pyle for the practice of medicine. <br />Joseph L. Bresnahan for permission to operate a pony ring on89 <br />and 91 Massachusetts Avenue (East Lexington). <br />Mr. Daniel P. O'Connor for permission to build a single-fami <br />dwelling on lot 1 and part of lot 2 located on Cedar and HtU Streer928 in accordance with lot plans submitted which show a Town taking in <br />of 2280 sgazre feet from lot 1 and also show a proposed subdivisioniof <br />lots 1, 2, and 3 into two lots, one lot to have an approximate area of <br />8792 square feet. <br />Charles H. Sampson for permission to erect a single-family d*elling <br />and attached garage on a portion of lot 80 on Henderson Road, Lot li <br />and parts of lots 2 and 3 on Burlington Street, said lots having a total <br />frontage on Henderson Road of approximately 105 feet and a combinedfarea <br />of approximately 8149 square feet. <br />Hearings were declared closed at 9:14 p.m. and in executive Pes- <br />sion following these decisions reached: <br />Dr. Clifford G. Hunt - Granted <br />Joseph L. Bresnahan - Denied <br />Daniel P. O'Connor - Granted <br />Charles H.
