1 November 18, 1948 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen!s <br />Room, Town Office Building, on November 18, 1948. Chairman Locke' <br />Messrs. Redman, Ripley, Lynah and Ballard were present. The clert <br />was also present. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following <br />petitions: <br />Biagio Cacciola for permission to erect and maintain a greet - <br />house at 706 Marrett Road. <br />Charles G. Davis for permission to add to and enlarge the <br />existing one -car garage at 9 Washington Street to accommodate two± <br />cars, said garage having a side yard less than that required by tie <br />Lexington Zoning By-law. <br />Williard I. Woodis for permission to make a third -floor apatt- <br />ment in the dwelling located at 41 Grant Street. <br />The hearings were declared closed at 8:50 p.m. <br />The following decisions were arrived at in executive sessio*: <br />' Charles G.
