At 9:45 p.m. the hearings were declared closed and in <br />executive session the following decisions were reached: <br />William C. Grinnel - granted <br />Joseph A. Childs - granted <br />Domenic Sicari DeAmicis - granted <br />The meeting was adjourned at 10:45 P.M. <br />Catherine Parello, Clerk <br />F_� <br />BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />August 125 1948 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on August 12, 1948. Chairman Locke, <br />Messrs. Rich, Ballard, Redman and Houdlette were present. The <br />clerk was also present. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open on the following <br />petitions: <br />William C. Grinnell for permission to erect at 35 Harding <br />Road a garage the construction of which would not meet the require <br />ments of the Lexington Building By-law. <br />Joseph A. Costa for permission to erect, in accordance with <br />plans submitted, at 115 Reed Street a dwelling the construction of <br />which would not comply with the Lexington Building By-law. <br />Harold Kelley for permission to erect, in accordance with <br />plans submitted,, on Lot 167 Calvin Street, a dwelling the construo- <br />tion of which would not comply with the Lexington Building By-laws <br />Franklin H. Childs for permission to erect, in accordance <br />with plans submitted, on Lot 166 Calvin Street a dwelling the con" <br />st:uction of which would not comply with the Lexington Building <br />By-law. <br />Domenic Sicari DeAmicis for permission to make, to the <br />existing barn located at 218 Bedford Street, certain alterations <br />which would make it possible for the petitioner to carry on his <br />work as consultant in electronics. <br />At 9:45 p.m. the hearings were declared closed and in <br />executive session the following decisions were reached: <br />William C. Grinnel - granted <br />Joseph A. Costa - granted <br />Harold Kelley - granted <br />Franklin H.
