BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING <br />July 8, 1948 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on July 8, 1948. Chairman <br />Locke, Messrs. Houdlette, Ripley, Redman and Ballard were present.. <br />The clerk was also present. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open and the following <br />petitions heard: <br />Frank J. Moore for permission to erect a greenhouse at 222 <br />Follen Road, Lexington, in accordance with the plans submitted. <br />Ralph B. Witthus for permission to erect on premises numbered <br />503 Lowell Street a dwelling the construction of which would not <br />comply with the Lexington Building By-law. <br />Lillian B. Cunha for permission to erect, in accordance with; <br />plans submitted, on Lots 5 and 6. Block 95, Reed Street, a dwelling <br />the construction of which would not comply with the Lexington Build- <br />ing By-law. <br />Monson MacPhee on behalf of John C. Kehoe for permission to <br />' erect a dwelling on Lots 35B, 36, 371, and 38B in Block 23 Bertwell <br />Road, Lexington, in accordance with the plot plan submitted. <br />At 8:40 p.m. the hearings were declared closed, and in <br />executive session the following decisions were rendered: <br />Frank J. Moore - granted <br />Ralph B. Witthus - granted <br />Monson MacPhee - granted <br />Lilluan B.
