BOARD OF APPEALS HEAWG <br />May 7, 1944 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen$ <br />Room, Town Office Building, Lexington on May 7, 1948. Chairman <br />Looks, Messrs. Brown, Ripley, Duffy and Ballard were present. The <br />clerk was also present. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared open upon the following <br />petitions: <br />Frances N. Cochrane for permission to make addition to the <br />existing garage at 2648 Massachusetts Avenue which would result in a <br />side yard of which the width would be less than the minimum required <br />by the Lexington Zoning By-law. <br />J. E. Stevens for permission to erect on Lot #2 Briggs Road, <br />a dwelling which would not have the required frontage. <br />Bearings were declared closed at 8:25 p.m. and the following <br />decisions reached in executive session: <br />Frances N.
