BOARD OF ,APPEALS HURM <br />I March 4.. 1948 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Room, Town Office Building, on Thursday, March 4, 1948. Chairman <br />Locke, Messrs. Rich, Brown, Ballard, and Houdlette were present. <br />The clerk was also present. <br />At 8:00 P.M. hearings were declared open on the following <br />petitions: <br />Mary Schumacher for permission to alter the two-family house! <br />at 148 Wood Street to four family apartments. <br />Anthony R. Cataldo for permission to use the existing building <br />at 703 Massachusetts Avenue for the processing, warehousing and seU - <br />ing of fresh fruits and vegetables, and also, to equip the existing <br />garage for a refrigeration room. <br />Hearings were declared closed at 8:55 p.m. and the following <br />decisions reached in executive session: <br />Mary Schumacher - denied <br />Anthony R. Cataldo - granted <br />' The meeting was adjourned at 9:45 p.m. <br />Catherine Parello, Clerk <br />
