' BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING <br />January 23, 1948 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmenlsl <br />Room, Town Office Building, Lexington, on January 23, 1948• Chairma* <br />Locke, Messrs. Rich, Brown, Redman and Houdlette were present. The <br />clerk was also present. <br />At 8:05 p.m. the hearings were declared open and the followint <br />petitions heard: <br />Hugh T. Clark for permission to build on three lots shown on <br />plan filed with the application, said plan being a subdivision of fo*ir <br />lots numbered 173, 174, 175, 176, Lots 173 and 174 being located on <br />Eastern Avenue and Lots 175 and 176 being located on School Street, es <br />shown on a plan of "Grand View Terrace" by F. P. Cutter, C.E., dated; <br />June 6, 1903, and recorded Middlesex Plan Book 143 Page 29. The peti- <br />tion also included application for permission, to build not closer th4n <br />seven -and -one-half feet from the side lot lines. <br />Karl Axelson for permission to add a breezeway and garage, inl <br />accordance with plan submitted with the application, to the existing! <br />dwelling which would not have the required side yard, at 244 East St. <br />Hearings were declared closed at 8:25 p.m. In the following ; <br />executive session these decisions were reached: <br />Hugh T.
