BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />October 16, 1947 <br />A meeting of the Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen's <br />Roam, Town Office Building, on October 16, 1947. Chairman Locke, <br />Messrs. Ripley, Ballard and Rich were present. The cle# was also <br />present. <br />At 8:06 the hearings were declared open and the following <br />petitions heard: <br />Roy F. Goggin for permission to erect at 1436 Massachusetts <br />Avenue a garage which would not have the required side yard. <br />William T. Caterino for permission to build on four lots shOm <br />on a plan filed with the application, said plan being a subdivisions <br />of five lots numbered 177, 178, 179, 180, 181 School Street shown oja <br />a plan of "Grand View Terrace" by F. P. Cutter, C.E., dated June 6,. <br />1903, and recorded Middlesex Plan B.ok 143 page 29. The petition Aso <br />included application for permission to build not closer than 8 feet: <br />from the side lot lines. <br />In executive session following the hearings the following <br />' decisions were made: <br />Roy F. Goggin - granted <br />William T. Caterino - granted <br />The clerk was directed by the Board to submit to Mr. J. Milton <br />Brown, who was absent at this meeting, the -findings of the Board on. <br />the hearings held this evening, for Mr. Brown's signature to the <br />orders if his vote were in accord with the vote of the Board on the, <br />applications considered. <br />Catherine Parello, Clerk <br />1 <br />1� <br />
