BOARD OF APPEALS HEARINGS <br />September 4, 1947 <br />A meeting of the, Board of Appeals was held in the Selectmen'$ <br />Room, Town Office Building on September 4, 1947. Chairman Locke, <br />Messrs. Redman, Houdlette, Brown and Ballard were present. The cle*k <br />was also present. <br />At 8:00 p.m. hearings were declared apesâ–ş at 8:00 p.m. and thA <br />following petitions heard: <br />J. A. Bean for permission to alter and enlarge the existing <br />barn at the rear of 26 Parker Street, Lexington <br />Mark L. Flood for permission to erect a neon -illuminated sigh <br />at 400 Lowell Street, Lexington. <br />William H. Schuler, Jr. for permission to subdivide a lot <br />located at 9 SuWkaoll Avenue to allow conversion of present barn Into <br />a dwelling which would not have the required frontage. <br />Following the hearings an executive session was held and the; <br />following decisions made: <br />J.A.Bean - granted <br />Mark L. Flood - granted <br />William H. Schuler, Jr. - denied <br />The meeting was adjourned at <br />Catherine Parello, Clark <br />1 <br />13 <br />
