He notified all the members that there would be <br /> no meeting today. <br /> Mr. Kanter was present at the Reed Room at 7:35 A.m. and placed a sign indicating this <br /> Committee's meeting had been cancelled. He waited there until 8:05 A.m., but no one— <br /> other than Ms. Arnold—arrived expecting to attend this meeting. <br /> These Minutes were approved by the CEC at its meeting on January 24, 2018. <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
