<br />PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF APRIL 12, 2017 <br /> <br />A meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in the Hudson Room, Cary Memorial Hall was <br />called to order at 5:03 p.m. by Chair, Richard Canale with members Charles Hornig, Nancy <br />Corcoran-Ronchetti, Ginna Johnson, Bob Creech and planning staff Aaron Henry, David Fields, <br />and Lori Kaufman present. <br /> <br />At 5:04 p.m., on a motion duly made and seconded, by a roll call vote of the Board – Mr. Hornig, <br />Ms. Corcoran-Ronchetti, Mr. Canale, Mr. Creech, and Ms. Johnson – it was voted 5-0 to go into <br />executive session for the purpose of discussing exemption 6 regarding Belmont Country Club <br />parcel update. <br /> <br />On a motion duly made and seconded, by a roll call vote of the Board - Mr. Hornig, Ms. <br />Corcoran-Ronchetti, Mr. Canale, Mr. Creech and Ms. Johnson – it was voted 5-0 to go return to <br />public session. <br /> <br />At 5:45 p.m. the Board returned to public session <br /> <br />*********************2017 ANNUAL TOWN MEETING **************************** <br />Preparations for Town Meeting: <br />The Board discussed how the Articles will proceed at Town Meeting. <br />Motion duly made and seconded, it was voted, 4-0-1 (Bob Creech abstained) if the question is <br />called for a vote before the Board’s presentation its recommendation would be for Town Meeting <br />to reject Article 45. <br /> <br />********************DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION ************************* <br />0 Grove Street, Liberty Ridge, Public Benefit Housing Development: <br />Chair Richard Canale opened the continued public hearing at 6:04 p.m. with approximately 65 <br />people in the audience. <br />Mr. Creech recused himself and Mr. Leon, Associate Planning Board Member will be sitting in <br />on this special permit process for 0 Grove Street Liberty Ridge. <br />Present were Mr. Farrington, attorney, Mr. Ron Lopez, president of North Shore Residential <br />Development, Jack Sullivan, engineer, David Jay, landscape architect, Dan Mills, MDM <br /> <br />
