PLANNING BOARD MINUTES MEETING OF APRIL 12, 2017 A meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in the Hudson Room, Cary Memorial Hall was called to order at 5:03 p.m. by Chair, Richard Canale with members Charles Hornig, Nancy Corcoran-Ronchetti, Ginna Johnson, Bob Creech and planning staff Aaron Henry, David Fields, and Lori Kaufman present. At 5:04 p.m., on a motion duly made and seconded, by a roll call vote of the Board – Mr. Hornig, Ms. Corcoran-Ronchetti, Mr. Canale, Mr. Creech, and Ms. Johnson – it was voted 5-0 to go into executive session for the purpose of discussing exemption 6 regarding Belmont Country Club parcel update. On a motion duly made and seconded, by a roll call vote of the Board - Mr. Hornig, Ms. Corcoran-Ronchetti, Mr. Canale, Mr. Creech and Ms. Johnson – it was voted 5-0 to go return to public session. At 5:45 p.m. the Board returned to public session *********************2017 ANNUAL TOWN MEETING **************************** Preparations for Town Meeting: The Board discussed how the Articles will proceed at Town Meeting. Motion duly made and seconded, it was voted, 4-0-1 (Bob Creech abstained) if the question is called for a vote before the Board’s presentation its recommendation would be for Town Meeting to reject Article 45. ********************DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION ************************* 0 Grove Street, Liberty Ridge, Public Benefit Housing Development: Chair Richard Canale opened the continued public hearing at 6:04 p.m. with approximately 65 people in the audience. Mr. Creech recused himself and Mr. Leon, Associate Planning Board Member will be sitting in on this special permit process for 0 Grove Street Liberty Ridge.
