<br /> <br />PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF APRIL 5, 2017 <br /> <br />A meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in the Parker Room, Town Office Building was <br />called to order 5:01 p.m. by Chair, Richard Canale with members Charles Hornig, Nancy <br />Corcoran-Ronchetti, Bob Creech and planning staff Aaron Henry and Lori Kaufman were <br />present. Ginna Johnson joined the meeting in progress at 5:20 p.m. <br /> <br />*******************************STAFF REPORTS******************************** <br />General Updates: <br />The next meeting will be April 12 in Hudson Room at 5:00 p.m. <br /> <br />*********************2017 ANNUAL TOWN MEETING **************************** <br />CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING <br />Article 44, Brookhaven (RD6 to PD1): <br />Chair Richard Canale opened the continued public hearing at 5:10 p.m. with approximately 5 <br />people in the audience. A memo from the Conservation Administrator, the Memorandum of <br />Agreement (MOA) and the revised documentation from the applicant were distributed. Present <br />were Mr. James Freehling, president, Ed Grant, attorney, Bill Dailey, member of the Board of <br /> <br />Trustees, Jim Borrebach, engineer, and Dave Fisher, landscape architect. <br />Mr. Dailey said they were going before Town Meeting on April 12 and the MOA before the <br />Planning Board is in the process of being formalized there are a few issues and the plans are the <br />same from last year with a few minor changes. Mr. Borrebach discussed the updates regarding <br />the detention basin, the Ricci Lane reconstruction, and the ledge wall as addressed in the <br />Conservation Commission memo. <br />Board Comments: <br />Ms. Johnson joined the meeting in progress at 5:20 p.m. <br /> <br /> Have bullets 1 & 2 in the Conservation memo been addressed? Mr. Borrebach said yes <br />and explained how it did get addressed. If it does not work it could be addressed during <br />site plan review. <br /> <br /> Bullet two includes the retaining wall. Yes and Conservation prefers this wall shown. <br /> <br /> The Board asked about the PILOT agreement percentage identified in the MOA. <br /> <br /> <br />
