PLANNING BOARD MINUTES MEETING OF MARCH 20, 2017 A meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in the Parker Room, Town Office Building was called to order at 6:03 p.m. by Chair, Richard Canale with members Charles Hornig, Nancy Corcoran-Ronchetti, Bob Creech, and planning staff Aaron Henry, and Lori Kaufman present. Ginna Johnson was absent. Mr. Canale read a response he wrote concerning a letter posted on the Lexington listserv suggesting that Mr. Creech was forced to recuse himself from the 0 Grove Street special permit application. *******************************STAFF REPORTS******************************** General Updates: The Board has been given the order in which the zoning articles will be brought to Town Meeting. The Neighborhood Conservation District (NCD) Technical Changes, Article 45 was slightly revised by Town Counsel and has been corrected with some minor changes. The Board should re-vote this article. On a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted, 4-0, to approve the amended NCD Technical Changes. Upcoming Meetings and Anticipated Schedule: The next meetings are Wednesday, March 22 in the Planning Office at 5:30 p.m., Monday, March 27 in the Parker Room at 5:30, Wednesday, March 29 in the Hudson Room. An ANR and a sketch plan for a BHD is scheduled to come before the Board on Wednesday, April 5. ***********2017 ANNUAL TOWN MEETING PUBLIC HEARINGS******************** CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARINGS Amend Brookhaven, Article 44 (RD-6 to PD-1): Chair Richard Canale opened the continued public hearing at 6:15 p.m. with approximately 10 people in the audience. Present were Bill Dailey, Jim Freehling, Jeanne Kreiger, Member of the Board of Trustees, Dianne Dooly, architect, and Jim Borrebach, engineer. Mr. Dailey said this was the same proposal as last year and was working with the Town Manager on the MOA. Board Comments:  There are several edits that need to be made to the PSDUP and need to see those changes.
