r.� <br />SELECTMEN'S MEETING <br />February 20, 1941 <br />A special meeting of the Board of Selectmen was held in <br />the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building on February 20, <br />1941 at 7:30 P. M. Chairman Giroux, Messrs. Potter, Rowse, <br />Locke and Sarano were present. The Clerk was also present. <br />It was voted to approve the purchase of a resuscitator <br />for the Fire Department at a cost of $425.00. Resuscitator <br />Mr. Rowse brought up the question of having the police <br />cars painted white and all the members thought it would be <br />an excellent idea. <br />The matter of the two-way radio for the Police Depart- <br />ment was discussed. It was voted to recommend the purchase Two-way <br />of this equipment and to request the Auxiliary Police Radio <br />Committee to obtain an estimate of the cost. <br />It was decided to include the $1,000.00 listed under <br />Fire Department -Outlay in the Fire Department -Expense <br />Account. <br />I <br />The sum of 124,194.01 was approved for charities. <br />1 <br />At 8:25 P.
