Mr. Rowse seconded the motion <br />and it was so voted.. <br />The Company also wished to install a gas main in Glen <br />Road from near Upland Road a distance of 95 feet and Mr. <br />Raymond approved of this. Mr. Potter moved that the ex- <br />tension be approved. Mr. Rowse seconded the motion and it <br />was so voted. <br />Mr. Raymond said that there was a twelve inch Elm <br />tree on Oak Street where petitions have been received for <br />Tree - Oak a bituminous sidewalk. It is a nice tree but there is no <br />Street way of building the sidewalk so that snow can be removed <br />-without difficulty and damage to the tree. He advised that <br />it be posted for removal and Mr. Garrity agreed with him. <br />Mr. Potter moved that the Selectmen, acting as Tree Wardens, <br />post the tree for removal.
