<br />submitted the Board of Survey plans to be signed. Mr.
<br />Cosgrofe said that Johnson had straightened out the
<br />matter satisfactorily. Mr. Cosgrove appeared before the
<br />Selectmen and the Chairman asked him if Johnson had
<br />laid out the streets on the ground and Cosgrove said
<br />that the lots - were'staked out to the street lines to
<br />Johnson
<br />his satisfaction.

<br />and that the $5.00 expense incurred be charged to
<br />Unclassified. Mr. Clark seconded the motion and it was
