313 <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />' FEBRUARY 23rd, 1937. <br />A special meeting of the Board of Selectmen was held <br />in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Bui}ding, at.4:00 <br />P.M. Chairman Ferguson Messrs. Potter, Giroux and Ross <br />were present. The Clem was also present. <br />Mr. James H.
