446 01 <br />All tress, if any,, -upon the land taken are <br />included in this taking. <br />Betterments are to be assessddrf 6rLthis improvement. <br />The area which it is expected will receive benefit <br />or advantage other than the general advantage to the <br />community from such improvement is described as follows.- <br />The <br />ollows: <br />The same being lands now or formerly of Annie <br />Bornstein, Esther Berman, Hugh Wyllie and Anna Hellman, <br />as shown on a plan entitled, "Plan of Hibbert Street, <br />Lexington, Mass., Scale 1 inch - 40 ft., Feb. 75 , 1936, <br />John T.
