License. <br />Mr. Ferguson and Mr. Potter voted to approve the transfer, <br />The <br />Supt. of Public Works <br />reported <br />that <br />he had ordered <br />Street <br />the transfer of a street light <br />from one <br />pole <br />to another on <br />Light, <br />Hamblen <br />Street, <br />The <br />Supt. of Public Works <br />reported <br />that <br />James Roache <br />had been <br />helping Mr. Howard at <br />the Library <br />and that he <br />Roache <br />thought <br />that he was entitled to <br />the same <br />pay <br />as Howard <br />Salary. <br />' <br />namely, <br />$22,00 per week. <br />
