L <br />SEE CTMENIS MEETING <br />JANUARY:. 15, 1935. <br />A regular meeting of the Selectmen was held in the <br />Selectments Room; Town Office Building, at 7:30 P. M. <br />Messrs. Trask, Gilcreast, Ferguson, O'Connell and Lyons. <br />were present. The .Clerk Was also present. <br />Water Betterment Assessment in the amount of $720 <br />to the Lexington Building Trust on Blake Road was signed <br />by the Board, this bill to substitute for the bill of <br />$54o originally sent in error. the Board certified to <br />the Assessors the amount of $72. as a Water betterment as- <br />sessment on lots 15, 16, 17, Block 12. <br />265 <br />Wat er <br />Assessment. <br />Parking regulations having been revised With correc- <br />tions made as suggested by the Board at the last meeting Parking <br />were again read and after making some further corrections, Regulations. <br />it Was voted to approve the Regulations in the following <br />form: <br />TRAFFIC REGULATIONS <br />' Acting under the provisions of Chapter 40, section <br />22 of the General Laws and amendments all Traffic Regu- <br />lations adopted by the Board of Selectmen are hereby re- <br />pealed and the following orders to control the parking of <br />vehicles are hereby given by the Board of Selectmen: <br />BUS STOPS <br />Easterly side of Massachusetts Avenue directly at <br />the passageway between the property of Meyer Rubin and <br />Harry G. Seligman and Edith G. Wilson. <br />Easterly side of Massachusetts Avenue at the north- <br />erly side of the southerly entrance to Depot Park, direct- <br />ly in front of the taxi stand. <br />Easterly side of Massachusetts Avenue about forty <br />feet northerly of northerly side of Meriam Street. . <br />Westerly side of Massachusetts Avenue in front of <br />A. A. Marshall & Son property. <br />Westerly side of Massachusetts Avenue at the south- <br />erly side of Waltham Street. <br />' ADAMS STREET <br />There shall be no heavy trucking at any time on Adams <br />Street* <br />
