<br />SE MTMEN'S MEETING- MAY 3, 1932.
<br />A regular meeting of the Selectmen was held at the Town
<br />Office Building, Selectmen's Room, at 7::10 P.M. Messrs. Trask,
<br />' Custanee, Gilcreast, Ferguson and O!Connell were present. The
<br />Supt, of Public Works and the Clerk were also present.
<br />The Chairman reported that ft -the special meeting of the Board
<br />on Monday evening report was made by Dr. C. Reginald Hardeastle
<br />of the unsanitary condition of the premises at 2, 10,12,14,16,18,1.9,
<br />192 and 20,Vine Street and Number 20 and Rear 20 Woburn Street.
<br />In view of -his report and recommendation that the premises should
<br />be -condemned, the Board decided to look over the premises, and
<br />did so previous to the meeting.
<br />The Board were unani6oubly bf the opinion that the premises
<br />should be declared a nuisance, source of filth and cause of
<br />sickness and ordered vacated by May 31st, 1932, and that notice
<br />be served upon the owner and occupants, and therefor voted:
<br />That the Board of Selectmen acting as a Board of Health are satis-
<br />fied upon examination that the building or buildings located
<br />at Numbers 2; 10, 12,14,16 ,18,19,191 and 20 Vine Street
<br />and Number 20, and Rear 20 Woburn Street, Lexington, occupied
<br />as a dwelling place or dwelling places have become unfit for
<br />such purpose -and may become a nuisance or be a cease of sickness
<br />to the occupants or to the public and that the following
<br />written notice thereof be issued to the occupants or some of
<br />them requiring the premises to be vacated by May 31st, 1932
<br />and that a copy of said notice be also delivered or mailed to the owner
<br />of the said premises.

<br />10, 12, 14, 15, 18,19,19" and 20 Vine St. and Numbers 20 and Rear
<br />20 Woburn St.,,Lexington.
<br />Dear Sirs:
<br />.The Board of Selectmen of Lexington'. Acting as a Board
<br />of Health hereby give written notice to the oc^upants of the
<br />premises located at Numbers 2,10,12,14916,18,19,191
<br />and 20 Vine Street, and Numbers 20 and Rear 20 Woburn St.,
<br />Lexington, that the said Board of Health is satisfied
<br />upon examination that the said premises may become a nuisance
<br />or be a cause of sickness to the occupants or the public
<br />and require that the said -premises be vacated by May'31,1932.
<br />The said premises shall not be again occupied as dwelling
<br />places thereafter without written permission of the Board of
<br />Health.
