191 Permission was granted to the E.E.I.Co. and the ' N.E.Tel. & Tel. Co. to attach to two poles on Pleasant Street at Follen Road. This permit is Attaebint necessary to carry out the changes in the corner to poles. which are now being made in placing a curbing in front of the Park at the junction of Pleasant Street and Follen Road. Letter was received from the Town Counsel Letter tc enclosing copy -of letter which he sent to Mr. Attorney Mayberry, Attorney for the Donnelly Advertising Mayberry. Comapny. The Board signed the order for the extension of Clarke Street to be recorded at the Registry of Deeds. The order reads as follows: COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS Miedlesex, ss. Town of Lexington. At a meeting of the Board of Selectmen of the Town of Lexington held the 10th day of June, 1930 it is ORDERED: Whereas the Board of Selectmen of the Town of Lexington, having determined and adjudged that common cronvenience and necessity require that a town way be laid out in the location hereinafter described and having complied with the requirements of law relating to notice, did on the 28th day of January -a�-7as.t6w�;vYay the way known as Clarke X930, �agr*tIt Street Extension accordingly and duly filed their report of such laying out with the boundaries and the measurements of the same in the office of the Town $lerk of said town on the 29th day of January, 1930, and whereas at a town meeting duly calledl, warned and held on the 9th day of June, 1930, in accordance with the provisions of law applicable thereto, it was VOTED: That the Town accept the layout as a town way of an extension of Clarke Street as laid out by the Board of Selectmen, under the Betterment Act, and shown on plan on .file in the Town Clerk's Office, dated August 27, 1929, and for the purp os e of con- stricting said street the sum of $3500 be appropriated and assessed.
