Messrs. Burnham, Custance, <br />for the Town to <br />Chamberlain, Blake .and Shannon were present. The <br />so advised Mr. Burke. <br />Supt. of Public Works and the Clerk were also present. <br />Mass. Ave. <br />Notice of a hearing before the County Com - <br />missioners on February 21, 1930 at 10 A.M., at the <br />hearing. <br />County Commissioners office on the relocation of <br />Massachusetts Avenue from Lincoln Street to the <br />junction of Marrett Road was received. <br />Permission was granted to the New England <br />Attachment <br />Tel, & Tel. Co. and the E.E.I.Co. for an attachment <br />granted. <br />to one pole on Massachusetts Avenue from Lockwood <br />Road northwesterly and one pole anuthwesterly. <br />Application for a peddler's license was <br />received from Joseph D. Timothy, Kendall Road, <br />Peddler's <br />Lexington. The Board agreed to.approve the <br />license <br />application provided Mr. Timothy file a letter <br />to J.D. <br />giving three recommendations. <br />Timothy. <br />Communication was received from Mr. Neil <br />McIntosh stating that he would communicate with <br />Deed land <br />the Town Counsel and have a deed prepared for <br />to town. <br />the strip of land included in the circle _at_the <br />junction.of Prospect Hill Road and Wachus.et't Drive. <br />He wished to have it understood that -the "circle <br />would not be used and would be kept open. <br />Appoint Town The Board voted to appoint Mr. Charles F.Pierce <br />Accountant. as Town Accountant, the appointment to date from <br />January 23, 1930 for a period of three years. <br />April 19th It was voted to appoint the following as <br />Committee April 19th Committee: Edward L. Child, Converse <br />Hill and Galen Russell. <br />Reports The following reports were approved by the <br />approved.
