<br />PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF APRIL 15, 2009 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning Board in the Planning Office, Town <br />Office Building was called to order at 6:10 p.m. by Chairman Hornig, with members <br />Manz, Canale and planning staff McCall-Taylor and Henry present. Mr. Zurlo and Mr. <br />Galaitsis were absent. <br /> <br />******************************TOWN MEETING************************* <br />Articles 44- 46 The Board members began a line-by-line review of the draft report on <br />Articles 44 through 46. The moderator had indicated that in order to facilitate <br />discussion on the floor of Town Meeting, there should be one motion for the three <br />articles. However, the content or the articles will be kept together and in order should <br />Town Meeting wish to vote the articles separately. Rather than try to summarize the <br />many meetings on these matters, the report will simply give the dates of the meetings <br />and refer the reader to the town website where the minutes of the meetings are <br />available. <br /> <br />*********************************MINUTES**************************** <br />Consideration of the minutes was put off to a later date. <br /> <br />On a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn the meeting at 7:20 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />Wendy Manz, Clerk <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
