62 <br />REGULAR MEETING, MARCH 5, 1929. <br />Order for transfer of location of seven <br />existing poles on Waltham Street from Main <br />Street to Forest Street was gganted by the <br />Board, from the N. E. Tel. & Tel. Co. to the <br />Middlesex & Boston St. Rwy. Co. <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />The regular meeting of the Board of <br />Selectmen was held at the Selectmen's Room, <br />Town Office Building, at 7:30 P.M. Messrs. <br />Burnham, Chamberlain, Custance, Shannon and <br />Blake were present. The Clerk and the Supt. <br />of Public Works were also present. <br />organization <br />It was voted to lay over the matter of <br />organization for one week. <br />Mr. Hallie C. Blake and Dr. Clarence <br />Shannon, the new members of the Board, were <br />sworn in by Mr. Theodore A. Custance, Justice <br />of the Peace. <br />furors. <br />Mr. John Willarl of North Street and Mr. <br />Joseph Swan of 16 Bedford Street were drawn <br />as jurors., <br />Hearing was declared open upon the ap- <br />Davin <br />plication of Mildred. Davin of 531 Mass. Avenue <br />Garage. <br />for permission to erect a private garage on her <br />premises. <br />Mrs. Davin was present in favor of her <br />petition and presented plans stowing location <br />of garage on her property. <br />No persons appeared to object, and it <br />was voted to grant the permit. <br />Hearing was declared open upon the ap- <br />plication of Charles A. McCormack for per- <br />mission to erect a two car garage on his <br />premises at 35 North Hancock Street. <br />McCormack <br />Mr. McCormack appeared in favor of his <br />petition and presented plans showing location <br />Garage, <br />of garage on his property. <br />No. persons appeared to object, and it <br />was voted to grant Chs permit. <br />Order for joint location for theEdison <br />Electric Ill. Co. and the N. E. Tela & Tel. Co. <br />for permission to erect five poles on Grove <br />Street, northwesterly from Winter Street, <br />wassgranted by the Board. <br />Pole location <br />Orders. <br />Order for joint pole location for the <br />Edison Electric Ill. Co. and the N. E.
