1 u SPECIAL MERTI14, MAY 20, 1926. A special meeting of,the Board of Selectmen wee held in the Selectmen's Room, Town Hall, Lexington, on May 20, 1926 at 8 P.M. Messrs. Custanoe, Miles, Burnham, and Robertson were present. The Supt, of Public Works and AssIt. Clerk were also present. The contract was awarded to the lowest bidder namely; C & R Construction Company, at their bid of $27,112.80 for the entire work. It was decided to request theC & R Construction ''ompany to file a 100% bond for the amount of their contract. Bids were received for the issue of bonds for Sewer Construction from the following concerns; Eetabrook & Co. 100.10 Old Colony Corp. 100.244 Lexington Trust Co. 100.265 Grafton Co. 100.220 Atlantic National Bank 100.245 C. D."Parker & Co. 100.16 Merrill Oldham & Co. 100.22 The following licenses were granted: Innholder's License, Mary G. Mullen, Galen A. &. Warren E. Russell, also; to Its. Frank J. Cullen; Alcohol Licenses to Herbert X.- Lawrence, U. 'ug. Claflin, G. W. Spaulding, Colvin W. Childs, and Country Side, Inc.
