Eve <br />JUNE 25, 1925 <br />At a meeting of the Board <br />Town Meeting on June 25, 1925 at <br />Theodore A. Custance, it was <br />of Selectmen following the <br />10:45 P. M, on motion of <br />Voted: That the contract for the building of the sewer in <br />Hancock Street, Adams Street, Hancock Avenue and Camelia Place be, <br />and hereby is, awarded to Anthony Ross-& Son at the price as per <br />unit prices in the specifications submitted Tuesday, June 23,1925, <br />and that he furnish Liability Insurance to the amount of $5000 <br />to $10,000 for each accident. <br />A truerecord, Attest: <br />Town Clerk. <br />JULY 99 1925. <br />Meeting of the Board of Selectmenheld July 2, 19259 <br />at the office of the Selectmen. <br />Present; J. Chester Hutchinson, Theodore A. Custance <br />Albert H. Burnham and Charles H. Miles. <br />Voted that the $91,500 School Loan Bonds and the <br />$31,000 Sewer Loan, Act of 1913 bonds authorized by Town votes <br />passet June 26, 1924 and March 26, 1925, respectively, be and <br />the same are hereby awarded to Estabrook & Co., at the price <br />of 101.03 and accrued interest, and the forms of said b onds, <br />as prepared by the Town Treasurer and The First National Bank <br />of Boston, be and the same are hereby approved. <br />A true record, Attest: <br />Clerk. <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />9 <br />
