QuPtance. the Supt. of Pub'_ic York- <br />nd Cler'� of the Doard. vrere also present. <br />Hearing was declared open upon application of Albion 1. Newell <br />of Lee Road for permisrion to erect and maintain garage at See Doad. <br />iso per -on- appeared to ob ect and it Trap therefor voted to <br />errant the permit.. <br />Letter war received from John L. potter of 580 Ya^s. A -revue, <br />Cambridge, who it a real e-ta.te dealer, arkinc whether or not a <br />permit could be obtained from the Board of aelr-ctmen for a burving <br />ground. on the liavir property on Bedford Street. Yr. Cotter had a <br />proposed sale for this property. <br />The :3oard replied th_it they were not in favor of a burial <br />ground on this propFrtiy. <br />Letter eras received from ti.e BritiFJi W-a7ral and Idilitary <br />VutFran- ---ssociation of aisre, asking for permission to parade <br />in Lexington on Sunday, Lay 24, and to have exercises on the <br />common.
