The Supt. of Public ;Yorks and <br />Asst Town clerk were also present. <br />i:r, watimer Se.::ver of 576 Maps. nve., came before the Board. on <br />behalf of the Unitarian Layman's League and requested permi-rsion <br />to have an entertainment at the Unitarian Church Society, on <br />Sunday, %larch 22nd, 1925. <br />The bourd aprroved and granted permission as far as they were <br />concerned to have the entertainment given. <br />The application of Eleanor Li. Tenney of 131 Mare. Ave. <br />Lexington for a gasoline filling station war refined b;r the <br />Board. <br />A11plication -�rar received from Abraham fiolicker of 19 Francis <br />Street, uiraltham, Pdase. for a junk license for the year 1925. <br />Upon investigation it was found that this man has been con- <br />victed for selling liquor in Naltham three times, and it was <br />therefore decided not to grant him a licence. <br />+'dire attachment prder war granted to the Edison Electric <br />I11. Co. to attach to four poles of the 11. E. T. T. Co. on <br />Plainfield Street. <br />Application for a Second Iilase -,-;gents License was made by <br />L. Bucyq'R. Luciano of 123 Maps. Ave. <br />After inquiring about the man the Board found that it would <br />be all right to grant him a permit providing the Zoning Law <br />did not prohibit it. <br />A First Class +.gent's License for the rale of Chevolet L:otor <br />�,o. care at 34 Bedford St. was granted to 1:r. Fred 3. Bartlett. <br />Several applications were received for the position of Chief <br />of Police, but no action war taken on came, <br />The Milk Inspector came <br />he had taken sampler of the <br />milk dealers of 80 Hancock <br />for Grade A milk. <br />before the Board and stated that <br />milk furnished by Robinson flc Son, <br />Street, Lexington and made a test <br />The samples pacsed the test for the Grade A milk anddif the <br />Board had no objection Lir. Prentiss stated that he would grant <br />the licence. <br />Discussion was held in regard to obtaining a site for a school <br />house on _�Taltham Street or Allen Street near `Taltham Street. <br />It was suggested that if property war bought now it would <br />be obtained au much lesp than if bought when actually needed. <br />She Swenson property war ruggeeted as a likely location. <br />X <br />
