Richards were appointed <br />to fill the vacancies. <br />Letter was received from the :secretary of the Girl Scouts <br />Council in which they thanked the Board for the use of the hall <br />for rehearsals and drill of their Bugle and Drum Corps. <br />It was reported to the Board by the Edison Elec. Ill. Co. <br />that a credit would be allowed for street lights on the Nov. <br />and Dec. bill on account of the ice storm. <br />Letter was written to the Metropolitan District Commission <br />asking whether or not Lexington would be entitled to any part of <br />the $50,000 appropriation for clearing metropolitan parks that <br />was authorized by special act of the Legislature. <br />Notice was received from the Department of Public Works <br />Division of Highways stating that a hearing would be given at <br />the State House on Thursday, Feb. 23, 1922 at 9:30 A.
