<br />PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF AUGUST 24, 2016 <br />A meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room was called to <br />order 7:04 p.m. by Chair Tim Dunn, with members Charles Hornig, Nancy Corcoran-Ronchetti, <br />Richard Canale, and Ginna Johnson and planning staff Aaron Henry and David Fields. <br />********************** STAFF REPORTS ********************** <br /> <br />RHSOSHI <br /> UBSIDIZED OUSING NVENTORY <br />Staff provided the Board with a draft memo detailing a projection regarding the Town’s status <br />under MGL 40B and the 10% threshold. Under a very conservative model (high growth, with some <br />subtractions to the numerator), the Town should remain approximately 67 units above the 10% bar. <br />The Board had no questions. <br /> <br />***** UPCOMING MEETINGS & ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE ***** <br />The next meeting of the Board is September 7. <br /> <br />************ DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION ************ <br />3MS,MSSD: <br /> ULBERRY TREET ODIFICATION TO A ITE ENSITIVE EVELOPMENT <br />Mr. Dunn called the continued public hearing to order, and project engineer Michael Novak <br />described the revised proposal to the Board. Changes from the last meeting include a slight <br />modification of the pool and related improvements to reduce the area of disturbance. The Board <br />expressed an interest in planting native species in the area beyond the original limit of work line <br />and to coordinate with the abutter to the south regarding fencing. <br />19CR,SP: <br /> OLONY OAD DEFINITIVE UBDIVISION LAN <br />Lot Release: <br />No action on this item this evening. <br />Minor Modification to Street Alignment/Layout: <br />Applicant is seeking to modify the plans to correct for errors in the original survey work that, if <br />implemented as proposed, would result in more land disturbance and tree removal than expected. <br />The Board was concerned that this change and the modified site construction sheet supplied by the <br /> <br />
