<br />PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF JUNE 29, 2016 <br /> <br />A meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room was called to <br />order 7:03 p.m. by Chair Nancy Corcoran-Ronchetti, with members Charles Hornig, Tim Dunn, <br />Richard Canale, and Ginna Johnson and planning staff David Fields and Lori Kaufman present. <br /> <br />****************************STAFF MEMBER REPORTS************************** <br />General updates: <br />Staff advised Board Members that Keeler Farm and Robinson Woods subdivisions will be closed <br />out and finalized soon. <br /> <br />************* UPCOMING MEETINGS AND ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE************** <br />Discussion of upcoming meeting schedule and known agenda items: <br />The next meeting will be on July 20, 2016. <br />A sketch plan for 331 Concord Avenue, a major modification to 3 Mulberry Street to a special <br />permit development, and pre-development activity for 1775 Massachusetts Avenue for a mixed <br />use project. <br /> <br />****************************BOARD MEMBER REPORTS************************ <br />Mr. Canale said the Battle Road Scenic Byway met two weeks ago and voted to approve a grant <br />for Freedoms way to enhance presence on the web. <br /> <br />Ms. Corcoran-Ronchetti noted the Streetscape Committee has met three times and Mr. Kucharsky <br />is doing a great job and is keeping the website up to date. <br /> <br />*********************DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION************************ <br />0 Ridge Road, Street Determination: <br />Ms. Johnson recused herself since she is an abutter. <br />Mr. John Farrington, attorney, Larry Beals, engineer, David Burns, applicant were present. <br />Mr. Farrington said they needed the Planning Boards input before going to the Conservation <br />Commission for this project. <br />Mr. Beals explained that the lot is accessible from frontage and has 83,000 square feet. The <br />proposed building stays out of 25 foot no build zone. The proposal calls for the construction of an <br /> <br />
