<br />PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF APRIL 20, 2016 <br />A meeting of the Lexington Planning Board, held in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room was called to <br />order at 7:02 PM by Chair Nancy Corcoran-Ronchetti, with members Charles Hornig, Tim Dunn, <br />Richard Canale, and Ginna Johnson present. The Board was assisted by Planning Office staff <br />Aaron Henry and Lori Kaufman. <br />**** UPCOMING MEETINGS & ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE **** <br />The Board of Selectmen (BOS) are negotiating an agreement with the Montessori School regarding <br />access to land currently owned by the Belmont Country Club before deciding whether or not to <br />invoke its right of first refusal. <br />Brookhaven has requested to go to Town Meeting on May 9th when there will be a meeting at <br />6:00 PM prior to Town Meeting. The Board may be asked to meet with the Selectmen April 25, <br />before Town Meeting. The next regular Planning Board meeting will be on May 4. <br />************* DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION ************* <br />435-439LSBHD: <br /> INCOLN TREET ALANCED OUSING EVELOPMENT <br />Staff provided a draft decision based on conversations after the closing of the public hearing. <br />Additional comments were received at the table that cannot be shared at the current time as the <br />public hearing was closed. <br />Board Comments: <br />Comments were submitted by Mr. Hornig, which were discussed and can be found in the Planning <br />Office documents distributed for this meeting. <br />Special conditions should be explicit regarding Mill Street being restored. Mr. Henry said that the <br />Conservation Office did not cover anything regarding Mill Street and the applicant will need to <br />come back to Planning if Conservation does not approve the restoration of Mill Street. <br />The existing stonewalls should be refurbished where needed. <br />A special condition limiting the height to substantially conform to what the plan shows was <br />discussed, as was a condition that no construction vehicles may park on Lincoln Street without staff <br />permission. <br />On a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted, 5-0, to approve the special permit for 435-439 <br />Lincoln Street with the conditions discussed tonight. <br /> <br />
