The
NSTAR gas project has 5-6 weeks to go. The restriping of the Depot Lot awaits
the recommendations of a consultant. In FY 2019 there will be a full review of the
CVS lot with construction anticipated in FY 2021. Attention will be turned to the
municipal lot after it is known how the police station will play out. DPW hopes
to bring the Streetscape Plan to the Spring 2018 Town Meeting. Howard inquired
if there was some way to incorporate the Town Conscience Land (corner of
Fletcher/Woburn/Mass Ave) into the larger plans that are now underway.
2.Megan Zammuto, EDD update: Megan alerted us to the presence of more street
furniture in the center Ï in front of the library and the Visitors' Center.
