<br /> <br />COMMUNITY PRESERVATION COMMITTEE <br />Executive Session <br />Room G-15, Town Office Building <br />Thursday, January 31, 2008 <br />4:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> Betsey Weiss, Chair; Norm Cohen, Marilyn Fenollosa, Wendy Manz, Leo McSweeney, <br />Richard Pagett, Judy Pearson, Sandy Shaw, Dick Wolk. David Kanter and Charles Lamb, on behalf of <br />the Capital Expenditures Committee, as well as Deborah Brown and Alan Levine, on behalf of the <br />Appropriation Committee, were also present. <br />Absent: <br /> Joel Adler <br /> <br />At 5:20 p.m. a motion was made and supported unanimously by roll call vote for the Community <br />Preservation Committee to go into Executive Session with no intent to return to open session. The <br />purpose of the Executive Session was to discuss potential land acquisition negotiations. The four non- <br />CPC members in attendance were invited to join this Executive Session. Discussion was as follows: <br /> <br />ARTICLE 10 Land Purchase – Off Marrett Road <br />ARTICLE 11 Land Purchase – Off Hartwell Avenue <br />ARTICLE 12 Land Purchase – Off Lowell Street <br />ARTICLE 13 Land Purchase – Off Cedar Street and Off Hartwell Avenue <br /> <br />Following this discussion, a motion was made and supported unanimously by roll call vote to go out of <br />Executive Session and to adjourn at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br />Judy Pearson <br />Administrative Assistant to the CPC <br />J.
