<br />Tourism Committee <br />Notes <br />October 24, 2023 <br /> <br />The Tourism Committee was called to order by Margaret Coppe, Chair, at 3:30 PM by Zoom. <br />A quorum was not present. <br />Members present: Marsha Baker, Margaret Coppe, Elsie Xu <br />Members absent: Kerry Brandin, Bebe Fallick, Gardy Desroulaaux, Melissa Robbins <br />Select Board Liaison present: Doug Lucente <br />Center Committee Liaison: Fred Johnson <br />Economic Development Coordinator present: Lorraine Welsh <br />Economic Development Director present: Sandhya Iyer <br />Visitor Center Manager absent: Ariel Chin <br /> <br /> <br />Since there was not a quorum present, those present held brief discussions on the following <br />items: <br /> <br />1. Minutes <br />Minutes from late 2022 through 2023 are not filed with the Town Clerk. The chair <br />looked for them and could not find them. Marsha Baker volunteered to look through the <br />Historical Society’s computer that was used by the previous chair for recordings. <br />2. Web Site <br />Updates needed. Margaret Coppe will work with the Economic Development <br />Coordinator and Director on updates. <br />3. Doug Lucente announced the details of the Town Charette on the Lexington Center <br />Workshop, The Journey Forward, November 17 and 18.
