<br /> <br />Lexington Historical Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />January 17, 2024 <br /> Meeting Conducted by Remote Participation <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Robert Rotberg, Chair, Marilyn Fenollosa, Wendall Kalsow, Diane Pursley, <br />Susan Bennett. <br />Commissioner Absent: <br />Associate Commissioners Present: David Kelland. <br />Associate Commissioner Absent: <br /> <br />th <br />Chair Robert Rotberg called the January 17, 2024 Historical Commission meeting to order at <br />6:59 pm. <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM #1: Approval of meeting minutes <br />th <br />Ms. Fenollosa made a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held on November 15, 2023 <br />as edited. Ms. Bennett seconded. Motion carried. All in favor. <br />rd <br />Mr. Kalsow made a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held on January 3, 2024 as <br />written. Mr. Kelland seconded. Motion carried with Ms. Pursley in abstention. All in favor. <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM #2: Hosmer House Update <br />Ms. Fenollosa stated that she would recommend to ask the ZBA to impose fines or penalties in mitigation <br />because of the violations of the special permit. <br />Ms. Bennett stated that the decision of the ZBA can be appealed to Superior Court in 20 days after it was <br />filed with the Town Clerk.
