<br />Town of Lexington <br />Vision for Lexington Committee Meeting <br />December 15, 2023 <br />Remote Meeting <br />7:45 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. <br /> <br />Members Present: Margaret Coppe, Jill Hai, Dan Joyner, John Giudice, Kathleen Lenihan, Bhumip <br />Khasnabish, Bob Peters, Weidong Wang, Andrew Dixon, Sara del Nido Budish, Ambilu Sivabalan, Carol <br />Marine <br /> <br />Guests: Tina McBride <br /> <br />Staff Present: Jonas Miller <br /> <br />Absent: Marian Cohen, Andrew Dixon, Shannon Murtaugh, Min Zou <br /> <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order: 7:49 am <br /> <br />The Remote Meeting Script was read by Margaret Coppe <br /> <br />Minutes: <br /> The approval of minutes from October 27, 2023 was postponed to the next meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />Meeting Highlights: <br /> <br />VFL Website Report on Emails <br />Dan Joyner shared that there were no new emails from residents. <br /> <br />Reappointments to VFL: <br />New members Sara del Nido Budish and Ambilu Sivabalan were introduced. <br /> <br />Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity <br />Dan Joyner inquired about coordinating the programs and efforts of the various private groups in town. <br />He suggested making a list and keeping it up to date. Suggested sources of information were the <br />Secretary of State and Metro West. <br />Jill Hai shared the information about the recent lighting of the Menorah by the town at Emory Park. <br /> <br /> <br />
