<br /> The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board held in Room G-15, Town Office Building, was called
<br /> to order at 7:37 p.m. by Chairman Domnitz, with members Canale, Davison, Grant, Planning Director F,
<br /> Bowyer, and Assistant Planner Marino present. Mr Merrill was absent.
<br /> 170. Review of Minutes: The Board reviewed and corrected the minutes for the meeting of July 28,
<br /> 1994. On the motion of Mr Canale, seconded by Mr. Grant, it was voted unanimously 4-0 to approve
<br /> the minutes, as amended.
<br /> ************ ADMINISTRATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS *************
<br /> SUBDIVISION OF LAND
<br /> 171. Prescott Lane. off Lowell St. The Board reviewed and edited a draft decision, prepared by the
<br /> staff, on the Prescott Lane Preliminary Subdivision Plan submitted on July 15, 1994 by Pat and John
<br /> Austin. On the motion of Mrs Davison, seconded by Mr. Canale, the Board voted unanimously to:
<br /> 1. approve with conditions the preliminary subdivision plan entitled "Prescott Lane", by Larson
<br /> Associates, Inc. and Meridian Engineering Collaborative, Inc., dated July 5, 1994;
<br /> 2. approve the wording of the draft decision dated August 25, 1994, as amended.
<br /> DETERMINATION OF GRADE AND CONSTRUCTION OF UNACCEPTED STREETS
<br /> 172. 21 Haves Lane, CUS 94/1 Definitive Street Construction Plan: The Board reviewed a draft
<br /> decision on the 21 Hayes Lane Definitive Street Construction Plan submitted by Daniel and Lynn
<br /> Perry on July 18, 1994. On the motion of Mr. Grant, seconded by Mr. Canale, the Board, on a
<br /> unanimous vote:
<br /> 1. determined that Hayes Lane, as it provides frontage for lot #216C on Assessors Map #48,
<br /> is not presently of adequate grade and construction but will be of adequate grade and
<br /> construction if the improvements shown on the plan entitled Site Construction and Utilities
<br /> Plan, and the Street Layout and Profile plan, both dated July 16, 1994, prepared by Lanata
<br /> and Associates, Inc., for Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Perry, are made;
<br /> 2. approved the plans entitled Site Construction and Utilities Plan, and the Street Layout and
<br /> Profile plan both dated July 16, 1994, prepared by Lanata and Associates, Inc., for Mr. and
<br /> Mrs. Daniel Perry, as the definitive street construction plan, with waivers from the Stan-
<br /> dards for Grade and Construction of Unaccepted Streets Relative to New Dwellings as set
<br /> forth in its decision;
<br /> 3. approved the wording of the draft decision dated August 19, 1994.
<br /> 173. 4 Hunt Road. CUS 94a: Preliminary Street Construction Plan: The Board reviewed a draft
<br /> decision, prepared by the staff, on the preliminary street construction plan submitted July 14, 1994 by
<br /> Richard Curtin. On the motion of Mr Canale, seconded by Mrs. Davison, the Board voted unani-
